I understand that 28 days’ notice is required if I wish to withdraw my child from the SIP Abacus Program and cancel the subsequent payments. I understand that the fee paid is non‑refundable unless charged in error. If SIP Abacus is unable to start a batch as per the request, the entire fees charged will be refunded. You are also protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
